Your Order, Step by Step
1 — Production: 2–3 weeks Because every piece is made by hand to your exact specifications, we don't ship from a warehouse — we build your order after you place it. Most pieces are ready to ship within 2–3 weeks. For custom orders, your timeline is confirmed alongside your approved technical drawing.
2 — Shipping: 3–5 business days (US) Once your piece is finished, we ship via FedEx or DHL Express. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, fully tracked from our workshop to your door.
3 — Delivery Your shelving arrives in heavy-duty protective crating, with all hardware, anchors, and an illustrated installation guide inside.

United States — Duties Included (DDP)
For US customers, all import duties and taxes are included in your price. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means you pay nothing extra on delivery — no surprise fees, no customs invoice at your door. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, period.
Other Countries
We ship worldwide, and we'd love to get our brass to you. Please note that for destinations outside the US, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives. These fees are set by your country, not by us, and aren't included in your order total.

Tracking & Safe Arrival
Every order is fully tracked. As soon as your piece ships, you'll receive a FedEx or DHL tracking number so you can follow it from our workshop to your doorstep.
Packed to survive the journey. Solid brass is shipped in heavy-duty protective crating, secured to arrive in perfect condition after thousands of miles.
If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — quickly, and without a complicated process.
